Salute iWorld Return & Exchange Policy
As an Authorized Apple Reseller in Kenya, Salute iWorld guarantees that all our products are 100% genuine, brand-new, and covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty. To maintain product integrity, our return and exchange policy is outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Apple Products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, Accessories)
• You may return or exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Opened, activated, or used devices cannot be returned unless a verified defect is confirmed. - Other Products (Third-Party Accessories & Lifestyle Items)
• Returns accepted only for verified manufacturing faults.
• No returns for change of mind, preference, or compatibility.
Timeframe
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Approved returns must be delivered back within 3 business days.
- Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Requirements for Processing Returns
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required.
- Item must include all original packaging, seals, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Our technical team will inspect and approve before processing.
Refunds & Exchanges
- No cash refunds issued.
- Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same model (if available) or another product of equal/higher value (customer pays difference).
- If exchange is not possible, a store credit voucher may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or activated Apple products (unless defective).
- Items damaged by mishandling, liquid, or unauthorized repair.
- Personalized or engraved items.
- Software, gift cards, or digital items.
- Items without receipt or original packaging.
Warranty Support
All Apple products purchased from Salute iWorld include Apple’s Limited Warranty. After the 14-day period, hardware or software issues are handled under warranty via authorized Apple service channels. Salute iWorld will assist in arranging repairs or replacements.
