    • You may return or exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
    • Opened, activated, or used devices cannot be returned unless a verified defect is confirmed.
  • Other Products (Third-Party Accessories & Lifestyle Items)
    • Returns accepted only for verified manufacturing faults.
    • No returns for change of mind, preference, or compatibility.

Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Approved returns must be delivered back within 3 business days.
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.
